2018 Emerging Leaders Alliance Conference

The Emerging Leaders Alliance (ELA) is a partnership between engineering, research, and science-based organizations dedicated to leadership development.  The ELA promotes great leaders within the technical community, arming them with broad skills to address the needs of people in the 21st century. This year’s conference will be held in Falls Church, VA. Topics include social styles, global and virtual team leadership, transitioning from technical to management and more. Each year ASCE selects members to attend the Emerging Leaders Alliance conference as representatives of ASCE.  Desired applicant is someone who earned a BS in an Engineering field between 3-12 years ago and is an Associate or Member of ASCE.  Selected applicants receive a complimentary conference registration, but are responsible for travel expenses and lodging.
